WIT400He – Keypad Lock

 There are two methods to lock a WIT400He handset, these methods can be found below.

1) If you would like to invoke a keypad lock, press and hold the C button. You will now be unable to press any key on the handset. If you press and hold C again the keypad will unlock. 

2) You are also able to set a strict lock on the device, which can be disabled one time to make a call before re applying again. To set this up hold down # and select “Yes” to lock the handset. If you would like to remove this lock permanently, unlock the phone and hold down the # key to remove the feature.
