This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps for tagging hunt group name when forwarding to WIT400H. 

 

WIT400H – Showing Hunt Group Name to Overflow Destination

WIT-400H handsets connected via an eMG80 and with SIP lines:

With a busy no answer or call forward from a hunt group to a WIT400H (out of group) the speed dial name will only show after the call is answered.
