VM to Email – Incorrect CLI tag

 

 

We have seen the issue of an email having the wrong CLI tag when VM to Email switched on, after upgrading the system software.

To resolve this, you need to clear the old data using the below method:

 

PGM 162

 

Set a remote password

 

Open Putty:

 

Enter your System IP address

Set Port 5003

Click Telnet

Click Open

Press return

Enter password from PGM 162

Press Return

Enter password – jennie

At mon prompt type qw cliname
