UCP/SLTM32 – Not All Ports Available

If you are installing an SLTM32 and discover that not all of your ports are available, for example 29 out of the 32. Please check the following settings.

This can happen if the card has been installed before applying the required licensing. Please check “System Overview” for your current system port licenses.

If you have enough system port licenses check PGM 101 for the SLTM32 module, here it will display your current number of ports along with your max number of ports. If your current number of ports is less than your “Max Ports” you can increase them by entering the number of ports with the “New Port” column. In our example of 29 ports, you will then enter 32 for the maximum amount. Once you have entered the amount select save.

After you have made this change “Current Port” should now display 32.
