UCP – Restricting Flex Key Pages

If you would like to restrict access to flex key pages on a Lip 9000 series handset you will be required to login to the system and make a change within PGM 112 “Terminal Attributes”. Once you have navigated to “Terminal Attributes” you will need to enter the extension number of the phone, once you have done this you will be presented with a list of options. The option that you will need to change is “14” “Flex Button Page”.

From here you can select the number of pages that the handset can use. Please note however that each LIP 9000 series handset has a different amount of pages and that it will be different for certain models. The number of pages can be seen to the right of the column.

Kind Regards,
