This document outlines the use for version 1.2.9 on 1000i phones..

 

One-way Spech on UCP Internal Calls

 

In some scenarios it is possible for an internal call between 1000i phones to result in one-way speech. The caller will not be able to hear the called party, but the called party can hear the caller.

 
Should you experience this problem on an on-premise installation, please check the firmware running on 1000i phones. If the firmware is smaller than 1.2.9, please upgrade to 1.2.9 and monitor for the problem.
 
1.2.9 is available in Knowledge Base, Resource Centre, on the IP Handset Page. Scroll down, after the Download table there is a 2nd table form which you can download the 1.2.9 software, or Click Here to download directly.
 
Inside the zip file there is the software for the 1000i series of phones (excluding the 1080i).
