This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to record different user greetings.

 

Recording Different User Greetings

 

It is now possible to have 4 different user greetings on a station mailbox from Version 3.1.7 software.

 

You will need to upload the new Prompt file to get the correct prompt that gives the option to select a greeting number when recording them (attached).

 

You will also need to turn on Station VM Feature Usage in PGM 160.
