This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to disable the ability to barge into another extensions call.

 

 

 

 UCP/eMG80 – Privacy (stopping Barge In Mode)

 

 

If you have a station that does not want anyone to monitor their calls you can enable “Privacy” under Common Attributes (PGM111) for that station, once this has been enabled then no one can barge in on them.

 

This feature is only available on Unified software level 2 and above (2.0.1 and over)
