This document is intended to provide the reader with the required information on enabling DTMF to be sent out on incoming calls.

 

 

 

iPECS UCP/eMG80 – Incoming Call Not Responding To DTMF

 

 

 

In PGM 160-161 there is an option known as “Incoming Toll Check”, by default this option is disabled. If this option is disabled you are unable to generate outbound DTMF on an incoming call.

 

 

If you enable “Incoming Toll Check” it will allow DTMF to be sent on incoming calls. An example for using this would be a door system that needs you to dial a key to open a door.
