This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to enable the ability to barge into another extensions call.

 

 

 

 UCP/eMG80 – Enabling barge in mode

 

 

 

To enable the barge in functionality you will have to set in PGM 111 – Common Attributes, the following:

 

Privacy:  OFF

 

 

 

 

Barge In Mode you can set to Only Monitor to only monitor others conversation or Monitor & Join & Disconnect to monitor, join and forced disconnect.
