This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on creating a login for a UCP/eMG80.

 

 

 

UCP/eMG80 – Creating a User Login

 

 

 

If you would like to create a login on a UCP/eMG80 you will need to login with a current maintenance account. Once you have logged in with this account navigate to the “Maintenance” tab and select “User Management”. This option can be found between function program and trace.

 

Once you have opened the “User Management” tab you will be greeted with the option to add a user. Here you can set the “User ID” and “Password” along with the privileges that your new user will have. 

 

The privileges include:

 

1) Maint

2) Admin

3) User

4) Custom 1

5) Custom 2

 

Within the “User List” section you can view current users with a login to the system.

 

Access for “Custom 1” and “Custom 2” can be controlled via the administration section of the web portal. You will need to select “Web Access Authorisation” within “System Data”. Here you can see what access each login type will have.
