This document is intended to provide the reader with the required steps to increase a timer so that you have longer to transfer a call.

 

 

UCP – Dialling too late when attempting to transfer a call

 

  

If you are receiving an error on your handset of “Dialling Too Late” when attempting to transfer a call, this is due to the length of time it takes for you to enter each key. If you would like to increase this timer you will need to login to your UCP/eMG80. After you have signed in you will need to go to PGM 180, the timer you will need to increase is “Inter Digit Timer”.
