Specifying SIP Line Call Mode

 

Unified software 4.0.33 introduces the ability to specify each SIP channel for inbound or outbound operation.

 

This is known as SIP Call Mode, and is added to the Miscellaneous table in Program 133.

 

  

 

The default value is “Incoming+outgoing”.

 

With this feature you can reserve a number of lines for outbound only, ensuring during busy period lines are still available for making calls.
