This document is intended to provide the reader with the required setup steps for setting up TripAdvisor on SOWIFI.

 

 

SOWIFI – Setting Up TripAdvisor

 

 

After logging in, Click on ‘Devices’

 

 

Then search for your required site and click on the name of the AP when it appears below

 

 

Click on the ‘TripAdvisor Review Express’ tab and then enter the URL of the customer’s site in the box below and click ‘Save’

 

 

 

It will then take around 2 weeks for TripAdvisor to confirm the connection and send the owner of the TripAdvisor page a pink to final confirm the connection to the SO WIFI AP. After this time any customer that visits your customers premises will be sent an email automatically asking them to leave a positive review on the customers TripAdvisor page.
