Can’t make outgoing trunk calls

 

Problem Description:

Extensions cannot make outgoing trunk calls.

 

Points to check before opening a ticket:

 

  1. Check if the dialled number is restricted by Call Barring.
  2. Check Dialling Rule (Digit Conversion).
  3. Check if the extension is restricted by Call Fraud Blocking.
  4. Check if the CLI of the calling extension is set.
  5. Check if calls to a specific number are not possible.
  6. Check if the dialled number is duplicated with the emergency number.

 

When opening a support ticket – Action that need to be taken: 

  1. Have you check points 1 – 6 one by one.
  2. Open a support ticket and make the support engineers aware that you have checked points 1-6 so that support is not repeating the same requests.
