This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on resolving an issue with being unable to make calls from the call log.

 

 

LIP 9071 – Call Log Dialling Error

 

 

 

 If you are encountering an issue with making a call via the call log on a LIP 9071, please follow the steps below.

 

1) Select Menu

2) Call Settings 

3) Call Preference 

4) CO Codes Setting

 

Once you are within “CO Codes Setting” enter the digit 9. After you have entered 9 within the settings, select save. 

 

Perform a test call by dialling from your call log.
