This document is intended to provide the reader with information on issues with LCM on Cloud system.

 

LCM in cloud system
• Issue
LCM is not registering
LIP is not registering
LIP has no voice.
• Reason
N/A
• Check Point
If the LCM is not registering, check that UDP ports 27051, 27061-27071 are forwarded to the LCM in customer’s firewall.
If LIP phone or eMG board is not registering, check that UDP port 5588 is forwarded to the LCM in customers Firewall
Signal path: LIP phone  LCM (UCP or eMG)  customer firewall  IPKTS Relay of Cloud system.
Media path: LIP phone  customer firewall  IPKTS Relay of Cloud system.
(VOIP channels are not needed to relay RTP packets for remote IP phones)
