This document is intended to provide the reader with steps on increasing the timer for the system directory. 

 

 

iPECS UCP – System Directory Timeout

 

 

 

If you have encountered an issue with your directory timing out you can increase the timer within the system. To do this you will need to go to Program 180 (System Timers) and navigate down to “Call Log/Directory Auto Idle”. 

 

 

From here you can increase the seconds for the timer.
