This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to set Loop Disconnect Clear on Analogue lines

 

 

Loop Disconnect Clear (Line lockup) on Analogue  Lines

 

 

If you have analogue lines that are not clearing down after a call, you need to adjust the Loop Disconnect Clear timer.

Set Order 7 – Open Loop Detect Timer to 5 (500ms).  You also need to ensure the network provider has set the lines to 800ms at their end.
