This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to busy out a CO line.

 

 

Busy out CO line

 

 

If you have an issue with one of your lines, you are able to busy the line out so that it isn’t selected when dialling 9 for a line.

 

From the attendant, dial TRANS/PGM 072 then press the line key you are having issues with.  The line key will flash to show not available.

 

Once the line issue has been resolved, do the same procedure to unlock
