This document is intended to provide the reader with the required information on what to do when you get access denied when dialling a speed dial. 

 

 

iPECS UCP – Access denied when dialling a speed dial

 

 

If you are getting the access denied error when trying to dial a speed dial, you should check PGM232 – System Speed Zone if the stations are added in Station Range to Access Zone and if the Speed Bin Range In Zone is correct for your stations.

 

 

 

 

In addition, you can select different speed bin ranges to different station ranges.

 

That means that some stations will have access to some speed dials, which can differ from others.
