This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to set a password to dial out from a station.

 

 

 

 iPECS UCP – Set a password to dial out from a station

 

 

 

 

You would have to set Station Account to ON in PGM 111 – Common Attributes.

 

 

 

And a station password in PGM 227 – Station Authorisation Code Table that will be used to be able to dial out.

 

 

 

 

So once the user dials 9 in that station, the system will ask for the station number and password (set in PGM227) and you would get dial tone and be able to dial out.
