2. Document Purpose & History

 

This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to download the IPECS ONE Web Client.

 

 

iPECS ONE – Downloading the Web Client 

 

 

  1. Log in to IPECS One via the web URL you normally use.

  2. On the URL bar, there should be a symbol as shown below;

  3. Click on the symbol – the browser will ask if you want to install the web client. Press “Install”.

  4. IPECS One should now open in it’s own separate window, still logged in. This method of accessing IPECS One will work the same way as accessing from a browser tab.

  5. Upon logging out and closing the Web Client, the next time you browse to IPECS One in your browser, you should see the below symbol in the URL bar. Clicking on this will reopen the web client.
