Setup

After logging in to iPECS One, click the icon in the top right then Settings. In the settings menu, make sure that Use CRM Integration is turned on. After that click settings.

After clicking Settings the CRM integration tool will open. you will then need to enter your licence that can be found on the portal under Licence management in the customer manager portal. Leave this blank for a 60 day trial.

In Dialling options you can set which applications can use click to dial and how many digits are picked up as a number that can be dialled. We advise the settings below.

After clicking Dialling Handlers you are able to install plugins for the browser that is going to be used.

Now go to Add New on the left hand side and select the CRM from the list.

After selecting the CRM you will need to enter details to connect to the CRM, this will change depending on which CRM is selected.

After saving, if the CRM details are correct the integration will be setup and ready for screen popping and click to dial. If you are struggling to connect to a CRM, click the help icon in the top right. A guide for integrating to the selected CRM will now show, follow this to successfully integrate.

You can click on the question mark (?) icon after you select the CRM integration and a window will open with a step-by-step setup specific to that integration.
