This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to change the iPECS One package on a user.

 

 

iPECS One – Changing from Call Control to Voice client

 

Please note – when changing a user from using Call Control to the full voice client all personal contacts will be lost. There is no migration process for personal contacts at this time – these must be re-added manually.

 

 

To remove iPECS One Call Control from a user, go to user setup then to the feature tab. At the bottom in additional feature you will be able to remove the ‘Entry’ aka Call Control license. Click the minus button then save the user.

 

 

 

 

After saving, go to the device tab. Here you are able to a add iPECS One ‘Standard’ aka UC to the user.

 

 

 

After saving iPECS One will be ready to use on this user.
