This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to set send a password reset link to a user enabling them to change their login password and reminding them of their login details.
iPECS One – Changing password / reissue login details
After creating an iPECS One user, you can send the customer a link to change their password. To do this go to Account Information in the User dropdown in the customer manager portal.
Find the desired user, click the tickbox on the left next to the user and then click the ‘Send Login Information via E-Mail’ button.
This will send the user a link via email that will log them into the user portal. From here the user needs to go to ‘My information’. Within this menu the user can see their login ID and change their password.
