How to I check capacity of or delete voicemail messages on the system?

If the VSF becomes full, a message is played to callers stating this when trying to leave new messages. There is a simple way to check VSF capacity and perform some house keeping in this area to ensure users are looking after their mailboxes correctly.

Login to your iPECS maintenance and click on the System Management tab.

 

Click on Voice Mail Delete

You can then click Status to see mailbox usage per station as well as delete a station range or empty all voicemail messages. Note: This will also erase outgoing messages, not CCR recordings
