Handset won’t dial out until the send button is pressed

The user has enabled Enbloc Mode on the station. This is means you have to press send to make the call go out, instead of it happening normally.

To turn it off:

Trans/PGM 10 – Turn off the feature > Hold/Save OR

You can login to web admin and load the station into PGM 111-113 Option 46 is Enblock mode which you can turn off from here.
