iPECS – Incoming DDI call routing setup on ISDN

 

 

How to setup lines for ISDN call routing (DDI)

 

PGM 140 – Set the line type to DID

PGM 145 – Set the DID Conversion Type to Modify Using Flexible DID Conversion Table

PGM 231 – Last three digits relate to the digits sent by the exchange – route these to the location you require for Day / Night and Timed mode

Reset the system following these changes and call will now route via DDI routing instead of failing to the error location in PGM 167.
