This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to enable voicemail encryption on the iPECS Cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Voicemail encryption

 

 

In Cloud v3 you are able to enable voicemail encryption. In user setup, navigate to features and under voicemail you can set encryption to use.

 

 This can also be done on the user portal. If encryption is enabled the recording file will not be attached in any voicemail to email files regardless of the attachment options.
