Cloud – Users not showing “selected” caller ID on outbound calls
We have identified an issue when using “selected caller id” for individual extensions. When these extensions make an outbound call they still display the Company outgoing CLI. This is affecting Cloud customers on version 2.4.0.
Please note, this issue only occurs if the Company outgoing CLI is changed after the extensions have been set to “selected caller id”. To resolve please reconfigure the user to “selected caller id” again.
This issue will be permanently resolved in Cloud version 3.0.0.
