iPECS Cloud – Upgrading Call Recording package 

 

 

 

 First check the call recording package assigned to the user.

 

 

 

Click the button to remove the current package. Please do not save at this point or you will lose all call recordings.

 

 

 

Click on additional features. Please do not save at this point or you will lose all call recordings. 

 

 

 

Add a new call recording package.
