This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to unblock users that have gone over their call fraud allowance.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Users customers that have gone over call fraud allowance

 

 

When the customer tried to dial out, they will get “disable outgoing” on the handset or “number invalid” on the iPECS ONE.

 

To unblock a customer that has gone over their call fraud limit – navigate to call Call Status (Call Fraud Status) on your Reseller portal, from there you will be able to see which customer has gone over there limit, which user initiated the call, what number was called and the amount.  You can then select the customer and click the unblocking option. ** Important to change your date period so that the call Blocking is visible.
