2. Document Purpose & History

 

This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to set up sending a specific CLI on iPECS Cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Sending specific CLI

 

On the cloud platform it is possible to send specific CLIs using shared line keys.

 

After creating a shared line, click on the  icon to open the shared line settings. Within this window, set the outgoing caller ID to ‘Select caller ID’ this will then bring up a dropdown of available DDIs to send as CLI. Choose the selected CLI then save.

 

 

 

After saving this, any user that has this shared line as a flex key can send this CLI. When the user presses their shared line key, they will pick up a line and when they dial out they will present the CLI that is set on this shared line.
