This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to set a shared line button to automatically dial into the shared line’s voicemail box when the shared line button is pressed.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Shared line auto dial voicemail

 

 

 

In the Shared Line menu, select the shared line and modify. You can then set the Forward to VM option to Use and AutoDial dropdown to Voicemail.

 

Now when the shared line button is pressed it will dial voicemail and the user will just need to enter the password for that shared line mailbox.
