This document is intended to provide the reader with information on setting up separate music on hold (MOH) for multiple AA messages in iPECS Cloud.

1.) For setting up music on hold on the iPECS Cloud please follow the link for the KB: Link 

 

2.) Setting up MOH to play when the call arrives at the Auto Attendant by default is global, what happens is the MOH played is what is setup for the main company profile and not the MOH setup for each site.
 
a.) This KB is a work around so that the MOH played when an incoming call has selected an option to be routed by the AA.
 
b.) In the image below you can see that the MOH wave file would need to be up-loaded.
 
c.) With the same MOH file loaded in Greeting and call queuing this wave file will be played while the extension or extensions are ringing.  
 
d.) Please remember to set the duration for both settings.

Each hunt group would need this setup done if it needed to play a different MOH to the main company profile MOH.
