This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to setup a user with UCE voice and call control on the iPECS Cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Setting up a single user with UCE voice and call control

 

Create a user in User Setup with UCE voice client as the device.

 

 

Create a user with LIP phone as the main device.

 

 

To add UCE call control to the user, choose the feature tab then additional feature.

 

 

Now choose UCE Client (Call control).

 

 

Choose select to add it to the user then save.

 

Lastly add both users to a hunt group and set the hunt type to multi ring.

 

 

Then save.
