This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to setup a pickup group on the iPECS Cloud.

iPECS Cloud – Setting up a pickup group

 

 

To set up a pickup group – log into the customer portal and navigate to call manager then to group settings and then to pickup group. Click add and you will be able to set a group name and what type of calls can be picked up whether it be internal or external calls. Underneath in the members tab you will be able to select what members you want in the pickup group.
