This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to stop a customers account.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Service Stop

 

 

 

 

You now have the ability to stop a customers account should you need to restrict the account for any reason.

 

You will need to go to the Reseller portal, under Customers, Modify Existing Customer and click in the customer you would like to stop.  You will get the grey tab as below:

NOTE this is an order so will need to be confirmed by Pragma and then final confirmed before this will take action.
