This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to enable Polycom IP 5000 devices to send DTMF tones.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Polycom IP 5000 not sending DTMF 

 

We have seen some instances of the Polycom IP 5000  not sending DTMF tones. To resolve this you will need to add the following settings into the config files within the Polycom device.
