This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to perform initial line setup on the iPECS Cloud.

iPECS Cloud – Line setup
In iPECS Cloud version 3 on wards you will need to perform some initial setup on your line settings before being able to make and receive calls. In the customer manager portal navigate to ‘Line Settings’ in the ‘Company’ drop down.
In default, your line settings will show as above. Click modify and choose your line configuration – this will need to be set to SIP input & SIP output unless you are using a line module. In the SIP In/Out Channel field you can enter your desired amount of channels as long as your licenses above are not exceeded.
Once this has been saved your customer will be able to make and receive calls.
