This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary information to perform a screened transfer on the iPECS2Teams integration.
iPECS Cloud – iPECS2Teams screened transfer
To initiate a screened/announced transfer from the teams client you must first be on a connected call.
To do this dial the number into the dial pad and let the called number answer
Once the call has connected, click the 3 dots then choose consult then transfer.
The transfer window will now show, dial the desired number and click transfer to complete the transfer. This can be an internal extension or an outside number.
