iPECS Cloud – How to delete or listen to group voicemails using the User Portal.

 

 

Shared Line voicemails can be managed in the Customer User Portal for extensions that are members of a Shared Line voicemail group.  Login to User Portal:

 

 

 

Go to Inbox > Voicemail Message and select Shared Line from the drop down box top right
