This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to enable ACD queuing announcement.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Enable ACD queuing announcement 

 

  

  

Go to ACD Group > Queuing.

 

Set Calls in Queue announcement to Use. This will play an announcement saying what is your position in the queue. Example: “You are number X in the queue.”

 

 

 

 

If you have announcements, comfort tone and calls in queue enabled, the order of playing will be:

 

1st announcement > queueing position > comfort tone > 2nd announcement and so on.
