This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to change extension numbers on the iPECS Cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Changing extension number

 

 

 

In Cloud v3 onwards you are able to change your extension number on a live extension. In user setup, choose the extension you want to change. In the device tab, under the assigned device is number exchange. Click this option then choose your new extension number and save.
