2. Document Purpose & History

 

This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to setup manual day / night mode on a handset on the iPECS Cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Changing day / night mode from handset

 

 

First of all you need to check your features codes and make sure a feature code is assigned to ‘System service time mode change’
 
 
Then go to time schedule > change mode > manual.
 
 
Then go to user setup > enter ext number > feature> and set Timezone mode change to allow.
 
 
This will give the desired extension permissions to change the time mode.
 
The user will need to enter on their handset the assigned feature code and will then be prompted with a choice of time mode.
