This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to add flex keys on the iPECS Cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Adding flex keys

 

 

To add flex keys to users phones – log into the customer portal and navigate to the User section and then to user phone configuration – you can then enter the desired extension number and this will populate how many flex keys can be configured below.

 

 

You can then choose a flex key and click modify.

 

 

Here you can choose either a fixed button e.g. conference/mute/transfer or a Digit – this is where you enter a feature code to program keys like hot desk login/logout, two way record and ACD login/logout. These features codes can be found in the Company drop down. You can also enter station numbers and groups to be programmed on a key.
