This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to resolve IP DECT phone nor registering on iPECS Cloud.
Problem
IP DECT phone is not registered.
Check Point
Verify ALG feature is disabled in the firewall equipment.
SIP message is not forwarded by the firewall of IP DECT phone
Action
Change SIP Transport mode of IP DECT to TCP.
Disable ALG feature in the firewall configuration
