2. Document Purpose & History

 

This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on setting up IP DECT Paging on Cloud

  

 

IP DECT – Configure Paging on iPECS Cloud 

 

 

This article explains how to set up a key on the IPDECT handset to page on the Cloud

 

  1. On the IP DECT Handset select menu key (3 bars symbol)
  2. Select “Contacts” > “More” > “Add Contact” > “Name Edit” > “Enter Name” (eg ‘Page’) > “Save”
  3. Press Down on Nav key to “Work” and select “Edit”
  4. Enter Page Feature code and Page group assigned on Cloud Customer, eg 50001 > “save” > “save” > “yes”
  5. Select “More”, Scroll down to “Speed Dial” using Nav key down > “Select”
  6. On Digit a Digit 2-9 (eg 2) select “Add”, Contact name Page appears against Digit 2, Press “Hang Up” (red button) until you get back to the idle screen
  7. To Page Cloud group press digit 2 for more than 3s
  8. Cloud Paging group receives the Page
