This document is intended to provide the reader with the required information for setting up incoming call routing on an iPECS UCP or EMG80
Incoming Call Routing – SIP
The iPECS systems come with inbuilt VOIU channels for SIP (UCP comes with 6, EMG80 comes with 2). You can increase your channels with VOIP licences or VOIM modules (VOIM Modules are for UCP only).
If you aren’t using all channels, you must put the spare ones into a spare line group (Group 201 in UCP and Group 21 in EMG80) in PGM 140 to avoid those lines being selected.
Incoming routing is programmed as follows:

You need to point your lines to use the Flexible DID Conversion table to route your DDI numbers (see below PGM 231).
Enter the CO range and click load
Change option 2 to Modify Using Flexible DID Conversion Table.

Enter the device slot sequence and click load (you can find the sequence ref in PGM 103)

Station CLI 1 to – CLI NUMBER (without leading 0)

This is where you will set your SIP provider information. This will vary depending on whether you are using SIP Registration or SIP Authentication.
